Braden's two year mission is coming to an end. He'll be home on the 23 of December.

Volleyball Tournament

Wrestling tournament

Baylend had the invitational a few weeks ago. He did quite well! He took second place, which is really good for a 5th grader!

Sports

Oke dokie!

well jr. high softball and football are now over. Baylend started wrestling practice last week, and that is going very well. Bethanie is starting volleyball!!! 

So Betten has been playing football and that is going very well also. Last week he had a game against joe city ( they won 55-22). Mogollon kicked off and the kitty cats recieved. The kitty cats fumbled the ball and Betten recovered it. AND THE CROWD GOES WILD! That set the mood for the tremendous win!

Braces

As you all know, Mom and Bethanie have braces. Bethanie is so excited that she may be getting them off on their next appointment in november! I love this picture because it shows how comfortable she is, even though she has braces, and that would make most thirteen year olds skin crawl. Anyways, she's so excited because Braden probably won't ever see her in real life with braces on :) 

 We went to walmart yesterday and picked up the Love on the inside album by Sugarland. It is amazing ! It happens has incredible lyrics as well as Joey, though the entire album is super! 

Sunday Conference

Today we got to watch conference on the computer.  What an amazing thing techknowledge  is.  I was so impressed by one talk, given by brother Cook, he talked about getting caught in a snow storm with his 2 little boys.  And how later the 3 year old was talking to his Mom and told her that they had had a really HARD Time.  He was seeking comfort from his Mom.  How their are so many people who are having HARD TIMES now, and how it is our responsibility to comfort those in need.  It was like all the talks today were about having HARD TIMES, and how we need to pull together, together in our purpose to BE ONE......  Be One in Christ.  Any way my heart is really full today after that spiritual feast we had.  I want my family to know how much to gospel means to me.....  The real reason that we are here, to grow and learn, sometimes the lessons are REALLY HARD.  But the joy we can have by keeping Christ at the center of our lives, will make it all worth it.  I am so thankful for my testimony of the truthfulness of the gospel.  It always brings me such peace and happiness.  I am so thankful for my family, the joy my children and grandchildren bring me.  I am so thankful for Dane, the priesthood that he holds and for the way that he honers it.  Any way I want every one to know that I love my heavenly father and want to be with him again some day.  And as a family we need to pull together more often.  We need to make more GREAT memories together, I hope you all feel the same way too.

Four H

This past summer, the three kids have been raising pigs. The boys pigs weigh about 240 but Bethanie's only weighs 220. The pigs are looking good and we are excited about the fair!!! Wish us luck that they sell good!

Football

Betten had a football game on Friday against Bagdad! It was the first game of the season and the team did very well with a huge win. GO MUSTANGS!

Ten things that drive me crazy :)

1. People that point to their wrist when asking for the time. I know where my watch is, where's yours pal?
2. When someone search the entire room looking for the remote but won't get up and change the channel manually.
3. When people tell you "you can't have your cake and eat it too" What good is a cake when you can't eat it?
4. When your watching a movie and someone asks "did you see that?" No, loser, i just spent 12 dollars to stare at the floor!
5. When people say "can i ask you a question?" didn't give me much of a choice there sunshine!
6. When people tell you " it's always in the last spot you look" Why would someone keep looking after they find it? Where are these people?
7. How can something be new and improved? If it's improved then it has to have something before it therefore it can't be new. If it is new, it can't be improved because there isn't anything to improve.
8.When they say "life is short" Life is the longest thing we can do. Is there anything longer?
9.When waiting for the bus and someone comes and asks you " has the bus come yet?" If it had, i wouldn't be sitting here moron!
10. When they say "I slept like a baby" does that mean you woke up every two hours crying?
